I found some great workouts on YouTube! I enjoy doing yoga, and I am attempting to do pilates (the pain and agony). I must stay fit and healthy, so a girl has to work it out! Keeping the abs tight and stretching are the focus of these two workouts below. Check them out!
It's been a minute since I have blogged! I want to take a new direction with this thing and focus on my natural hair styles and regimen, my everyday style as a diva, healthy lifestyle choices, words of encouragement, and my favorite things (i.e., baked goods, books, music).
